By accessing and using the PayPilot system provided by PT Najah Solutions Group, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Usage Terms

PayPilot services are provided strictly for business billing management. You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Registered business information is accurate and legal.
• The system is not used for illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering.
• Account access is used responsibly by authorized personnel.

2. Payment Terms & Fees

As a SaaS (Software as a Service), PayPilot applies subscription fees or transaction fees according to the selected plan.

• Service fees will be billed automatically according to the agreed cycle.
• Delay in payment of service fees may cause suspension of system access.
• The refund policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to written agreements.

3. Limitation of Liability

PayPilot functions as an automation intermediary system. We are not responsible for:

• Payment failures caused by bank errors or third-party payment gateways.
• Self-input data errors by users that cause incorrect billing to customers.
• Indirect losses arising from technical disruptions outside our reasonable control.

4. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if there is a violation of these terms and conditions. You may also stop using our services at any time with written notice according to the applicable contract.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved first through deliberation for consensus.
